NO DISCLOSURES OUTSIDE OF EXCEPTIONS
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or
former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who
need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
To assist you further, we would like to offer you two more options to reduce unwanted
marketing mail or calls to your home.
Submitting your name, address and phone number to the Direct Marketing Association
(DMA) national ''Do Not Call"- or "Do Not MAIL" lists. You can also remove your name,
address and phone number from the credit bureau screening lists by calling the toll-free
"opt-out" number 1-888-567-8688. By calling this number your information will be
removed from the screening lists used by various credit agencies. This call will cover the
major credit bureaus - Equifax, Trans Union, Experian and Novus.
